Information for Practitioners

As a practitioner you would have a responsibility to work with core groups of key stakeholders e.g. early years practitioners, parents/carers and children’s services to develop their knowledge and skills when engaging with children and to build these into their day to day practice.

As a practitioner you would be expected to:-

Observe an EPM session in advance of training for trainers
Participate in a 2 day training for trainers course – with a commitment to some pre-course reading
Engage in re-connect sessions with other practitioners to keep up to date with any EPM developments
Deliver training to the range of key stakeholders
Log training

If they haven't already done so, you then need to get your manager to start the application process by reading the information for managers page and completing the nomination form once they have read the terms and conditions.
